ROOST Cleveland

The hotel is simply pristine! The details, the design, the space, the amenities… simply wonderful! The staff are helpful and friendly.

I was extremely impressed with the facility, the room, and the staff. The building is clean and shows a considerable investment and care by the owner. The room was very spacious and comfortable. My wife and I were delighted upon arrival. The staff were personable, kind, and helpful. I couldn't rate ROOST in Cleveland any higher.

This Hotel was amazing. Right in the heart of downtown. The rooms were beautiful and we had an amazing view of the Public Square. They are like Apartments with full kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, even a washer and dryer in your room. This place is Walking distance to many attractions such as the Jack Casino and Progressive field. Rocket Mortgage and Tower City. Every single staff member was welcoming and friendly.

Everything about this property and staff exceeded my expectations. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was bright and clean with a great floorplan and included all amenities. Lots of natural light and strong Wi-Fi which is a must for us when traveling. The location was outstanding - close to restaurants and attractions. The parking was convenient. I simply can't say enough good things.

Overall, the hotel superseded expectations. It is a wonderful/spacious apartment style room at a great price considering the location. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and bars. We even walked down to the Flatts district and over to Jacobs Pavillion for a concert as well. Therefore, it was in a prime location to get around.
